At Stickman Studios, every print has a story and it starts long before ink ever hits fabric. Here’s peek behind the curtain at how we turn ideas into pieces you can wear, display, or sell.
Step 1: Design Prep
It always begins with the artwork. Sometimes it’s a sketch on a napkin, sometimes it’s a polished digital file. Either way, we refine and digitize the design, making sure it’s perfectly adapted to the chosen printing method :- screen, vinyl, or DTF. Think of it like tailoring a suit: the better the fit, the better the final look.
Step 2: Material Setup
Not all fabrics are created equal. Cotton drinks up ink like it’s made for it, while synthetics need a gentler touch. Choosing the right material is half the game. It determines not just how your design looks, but how it feels and lasts.
Step 3: Printing
This is where the magic happens:
Screen Printing → bold, vibrant, built to stand out.
Vinyl → sharp, clean graphics with a crisp edge.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) → full-color complexity, perfect for intricate designs.
Each method has its personality, and picking the right one is about matching your idea with the vibe you want it to carry.
Step 4: Quality Check
Before anything leaves our studio, we give it a close look. Alignment, ink coverage, durability. Every detail is inspected. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship. Simple.
👉 And that’s the journey: from concept to fabric, from screen to scene. The result? Artwork that doesn’t just exist, it lives with you.
